K-Pop Star 6’s Kriesha Chu to debut in May 2017

Filipino teen Kriesha Chu, who won second place in the recently concluded K-Pop Star 6, will be finally debuting as a solo artist May of this year. She will be the first among the K-Pop Star 6 contestants to launch her career, and will debut under her original agency, Urban Works Entertainment.

The exact date of her debut has not been decided yet but Chu has continued training after K-Pop Star 6. With steady vocal development and sophisticated stage performances, Chu has become one of the most promising contestants of the Korean reality idol-search competition’s final season.

Chu is also expected to reunite with KWINS’ Kim Sohee and Kim Hyerim as well as fellow K-Pop Star 6 contestants Lee Soomin, Jeon Minju, and Go Ara at the K-Pop Star Live Concert in June 2017.
