Rain to perform in PH for the second time

After seven years, the King of K-Pop, Rain (real name Jung Ji Hoon) returns to Manila! According to a post on Araneta Coliseum’s official Facebook Page, he will be part of the Rise 2 Shine Benefit Concert which will take place at the Smart Araneta Coliseum on November 3.

Tickets will be available at Ticketnet starting September 29. The line-up is yet to be released so make sure to follow the official Facebook page of Smart Araneta Coliseum.


This will be Rain’s second concert in the Philippines. He performed for his Filipino fans happened last September 11, 2010, wherein he was joined with K-Pop group, U-KISS and Filipino balladeer, Christian Bautista.

Tickets to the Rise 2 Shine Benefit Concert range from P1,000 to P5,000, and will be available at all Ticketnet outlets and through online at www.ticketnet.com.ph on September 29, 5:00 p.m.

The concert’s proceeds will go to the Marawi victims, the Make your Nanay Proud Foundation and the Ko-Ph World Foundation: Good Samaritan, Inc, which helps Korean-Filipino children and families.
