JBJ’s Manila fan meet changes promoter, venue, keeps date

JBJ’s fan meeting in Manila ‘Come True’ moves to the KIA Theatre but keeps the original scheduled date on January 14.

As earlier reported, JBJ’s fan meeting was announced through Midas Promotions and was supposed to take place at the Smart Araneta Coliseum; however, on December 15, All Access Production (AAP) announced on their Facebook page that the fan meeting will be moved to the KIA Theatre. The announcement also suggested that the promoter of the event is no longer Midas Promotions.

In a follow-up announcement, AAP asked those who already purchased their tickets before the event was moved can call the numbers as posted for the necessary adjustments.

JBJ was dubbed an “idol group miracle.” Its members Taehyun, Kenta, Sanggyun, Longguo, Donghan, and Hyunbin participated in the second season of PRODUCE 101 and gathered huge support from fans, who decided to create their own “dream group,” purchasing expensive billboard ads in subway stations and posting their wishes on hoping for the members to officially debut.

Having released their first mini album, JBJ reached more than 3 million hits within the first week, creating yet another miracle, proving themselves as the next rising star. They began a series of overseas fan meetings last November.

Apart from choosing to spend the beginning of 2018 with their fans in the Philippines, JBJ has also prepared many special gifts for their fans such as chances hi-touch event with JBJ, group photos, artist polaroid selfies, autographed CDs, and signed posters, while all attendees will receive a free poster.
