The customer service account of local telecommunications company PLDT just revealed to the world how big of an EXO-L they are in their reply to a fan Tuesday afternoon.
Responding to an EXO-L complaining about their slow internet, the PLDT customer service account @PLDT_Cares responded wittingly using some of EXO’s hit songs like “My Lady,” “Unfair,” “Monster,” “Wolf,” “Growl,” and “Lightsaber.” Read their reply below:
Our apologies MY LADY, 안-ganda. We know that it's UNFAIR for you to experience the MONSTER (slow internet connection) but no worries 'coz WOLF(technical team) will GROWL(fix) and they're currently using LIGHTSABER(remote line testing) to check the stability of your service.
