The Embassy of the Republic of Korea in the Philippines is now accepting applications for 2018 graduate degrees (master’s, doctoral, and research) for the Korean Government Scholarship Program (KGSP) from February 14 to March 6, 2018.

This year, the scholarship grant will be given to five students, compared to last year’s four only. The program provides opportunity to anyone who desires to pursue higher education in Korea, “with the aim of promoting international exchange in education, as well as fostering mutual friendship amongst the participating countries.”

Selected students will be receiving round-trip airfare, allowances, language training fees, full tuition, dissertation printing costs, medical insurance, Korean proficiency grants, and scholarship completion grants.

The scholarship period begins on September 1, 2018 and will end depending on graduate degree. For more information, visit the official website of the Korean Embassy in the Philippines.
