2018 Phil-Kor Cultural Exchange Festival to happen on October 27

The Philippines-Korea Cultural Exchange Festival will return on its 27th year to Aliw Theater on October 27, 2018. This year, the theme of the event is “Hand in Hand.”

The free annual event aims to strengthen the bond between the Philippines and South Korea through a day of festivities. Activities include a talent competition, booth activities, and a concert featuring Filipino and Korean artists.

The organizers of the event have also hinted that a guest K-Pop group will be performing during the concert.

The 27th Philippines-Korea Cultural Exchange Festival is hosted and organized by the United Korean Community Association (UKCA) together with the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) and Korean Cultural Center in the Philippines (KCC) and is supported by the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in the Republic of the Philippines. The event is sponsored by BDO, Korea Tourism Organization in the Philippines, Pera Swipe, and the Philippine Retirement Authority.

Admission is FREE. To register for the event, visit the Eventbrite pages for the talent competition and the concert.
