K-Pop events aren’t over yet! Boy group NOIR is coming to Manila this December!
This was revealed in an announcement by All Access Production Saturday night. There were no other details revealed yet such as the kind of event and exact date.
On November 30, however, NOIR officially announced that they will be coming to the Philippines on December 31 for an event hosted by the Kangwon Domin association at The Manila Hotel. NOIR will represent as a member of the peace mission for the event, according to the tweet.
There will be a event that hosted by Kangwon Domin association on 21st of December 6PM at The Manila Hotel in the Philippines.
A famous Korean singer NOIR will be represented as member of a peace mission to promote the event.

Whether this event and All Access Production’s event are related is yet to be confirmed.
NOIR is a 9-member boy band that debuted early this year, on April 9, 2018, under LUK Factory. They consist of Seunghoon, Yeonkuk, Junyong, Yunsung, Siheon, Hoyeon, Siha, Minhyuk, and Daewon, many of whom were from Produce 101 Season 2.
