IU concert in the Philippines? Fans try the possibility

Have you ever been wishing for IU to come to Manila for a concert? Looks like the chances of it happening are becoming bigger.

Local IU fan club IU Philippines is conducting a survey to assess if it is possible to bring the popular singer-actress for a solo event in the country. According to their Tweet posted Sunday, the number of respondents will help an interested organizer in determining the possibility of a IU fan meeting or concert. They target at least 6,000 respondents.

IU is one of the top solo artists of Korea, winning over 70 awards and almost 200 nominations. Her latest release was in October 2018, with “Bbibbi.” The song proved IU’s still strong popularity as it surpassed a million unique listener on Melon 16 hours after its release. Watch the MV below.
