Two Filipinos in K-Pop project group lineup

Without a doubt, Pinoy talent always shines through—with two of our kababayan making their way to the K-pop industry as part of the newest project idol group from Z-POP Dream!

Filipino hopefuls Josh and Carlyn form part of the multi-cultural groups, Z-BOYS and Z-GIRLS.

Z-POP has just revealed the members’ profiles on January 17, featuring the 12 members from the Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Taiwan, and India.

Z-BOYS is comprised of Perry, Mavin, Roy, Josh, Sid, and Blink. On the other hand, Bell, Priyanka, Joanne, Queen, Vanya, and Carlyn make up the Z-GIRLS.

Z-Pop Dream is still teasing for the last pair that would complete the lineup.

Currently, Z-BOYS and Z-GIRLS are showing off their charms via a series of webcasts where they interact with K-pop groups, including VAV and DIA.

According to its website, the project “seeks to replicate the success of K-Pop and create global music stars from multiple countries by bringing together the K-Pop professionals and voting power of fans.”
