KStreetManila sets new fan club events partnership guidelines

The editorial board of KStreetManila has established a new set of guidelines for fan club event promotion.

The goal of the new guidelines is to have a fairer and more satisfactory structure in the exchange of commitment between local fan clubs and KStreetManila. This is also in line with the KStreetManila’s mission of creating opportunities for Korean pop culture enthusiasts to further promote and appreciate their interests.

The new guidelines will be in effect starting October 5, 2019.

There will be three levels of commitment depending on the size of the event as determined by the expected number of attendees. The details are as follows:

LEVEL 1: Less than 100 expected attendees

Example: cup sleeve events, doll parties, member-specific fan gatherings, mini-exhibits

Fan Club Commitment

  • Logo inclusion in all publicity materials
  • Mention of KStreetManila on social media posts

KStreetManila Commitment

  • Inclusion of event in our Events Calendar
  • A maximum of three (3) tweets and three (3) posts on KStreetManila’s Twitter and Facebook accounts respectively prior to the day of the event

LEVEL 2: 100 to 300 expected attendees

Example: fan gatherings, group anniversary gatherings, exhibits

Fan Club Commitment

  • Logo inclusion in all publicity materials
  • Mention of KStreetManila in social media posts
  • Acknowledgment of KStreetManila before, during, and after the event
  • Provision of press release of the event

KStreetManila Commitment

  • Inclusion of event in our Events Calendar
  • An article about the event
  • A maximum of five (5) tweets and three (3) posts on KStreetManila’s Twitter and Facebook accounts respectively prior to the day of event.

LEVEL 3: Over 300 expected attendees

Example: mini-conventions to full-scale conventions, festivals

Fan Club Commitment

  • Logo inclusion in all publicity materials
  • Mention of KStreetManila on social media posts.
  • Acknowledgment of KStreetManila before, during, and after the event
  • Provision of press release of the event
  • Provision of media passes for at least two (2) KStreetManila representatives
  • Option for KStreetManila to play promotional video at the event

KStreetManila Commitment

  • Inclusion of event in our Events Calendar
  • An article about the event
  • A maximum of five (5) tweets and three (3) posts on KStreetManila’s Twitter and Facebook accounts respectively prior to the day of event
  • Live coverage of the event
  • Post-event article including photos and/or videos

The guidelines apply only to fan clubs and fan bases and are not retroactive. Hence, ongoing promotions and partnerships will still receive the agreed promotional commitment from KStreetManila. Starting October 5, all requests must be sent to hello@kstreetmanila.com two weeks (14 days) before the day of the event.
