SB19 reaches 2 million views for “Alab” MV

It is another milestone for SB19 as the P-Pop group’s music video for their newest single, “Alab,” reached 2 million views on YouTube today, January 20.

The said music video reached its first millionth view last week, January 11, two days after it premiered on their channel. “Alab” was first released as a single on Christmas Day last year. The music video came over two weeks later.

It is a bonus back-to-back achievement for the group as they also bagged three awards at the 5th WISH Music Awards yesterday, January 19, at the Mall of Asia Arena. They won the Pop Performance of the Year, Breakthrough Artist of the Year, and Wisher’s Choice Award.

SB19 rose to popularity in 2019 after their dance practice video for their second single “Go Up” went viral. SB19 is the first P-Pop boy trained under a Korean entertainment company, hence the strong K-Pop elements in their music and style.

Congratulations on your achievements so far, SB19!
