A Solemn Music to a Peaceful Holy Week

No virus can stop us from making art and making music. In this time of fear and uncertainty, we need music to soothe our spirit and keep us connected. To set you in the mood for meditation and reflection this Holy Week, here is Christian Tan, Assistant Concertmaster of the PPO, with his performance of the "Song for my Brother" from 'Crash Landing on You.' In the highly popular drama, the song was composed by Ri Jeong Hyeok (portrayed by Hyun Bin) while studying classical music in Switzerland. The song was a gift to his brother in North Korea.

In the caption, the orchestra also wrote, “No virus can stop us from making art and making music. In this time of fear and uncertainty, we need music to soothe our spirit and keep us connected.”
