Filipino fans of Hyun Bin made his last week’s birthday extra special and proudly Filipino when they gave the Korean actor a barong Tagalog especially made by Filipino designer Randy Ortiz himself!
The fan club HB One PH conducted a survey and asked what they should give Hyun Bin, and barong Tagalog was the top choice. The fan club, then, contacted Ortiz who said in an interview with Inquirer said “was more than happy to take [the fan club] on as clients.”
The barong had a mandarin collar, embroidery, and used piña fabric. It did not look too flashy as Ortiz took into consideration Hyun Bin’s preference for the classic look.
HB One PH sent the gift, alongside a cake and a local beer, to Hyun Bin’s agency, Vast Entertainment.
