WATCH: Pinoy “scolds” Song Joong Ki in “Space Sweepers”

It’s another Filipino cameo in a Korean Netflix show, this time, in Song Joong Ki’s sci-fi space film “Space Sweepers”!

Without spoiling much, the Tagalog line comes when a Filipino enters the table where Taeho (Song Joong Ki), Captain Jang (Kim Tae-ri), and Tiger Park (Jin Seokyu) are seated. In Filipino, he tells them to “Oorder ba kayo? Kung hindi na naman, umalis na kayo.” (“Aren’t you going to order? If not, then get out.”) With the way it was phrased in Filipino, it appears that this wasn’t the first time the gang took a table and didn’t order anything! Embarrassed, Taeho responds with “Cola lang.” (“Just cola.”)

Netflix has posted the exact clip, but for those who are interested, it’s around the 30:00 mark of the movie. Watch the said clip below:

“Space Sweepers” is a South Korean space opera film released February 5 on Netflix.
